In three years, Nonhlanhla has built an ambitious socio-economic model that empowers women, thrives in schools and transcends the country's borders.

Nigest Haile Goshu, founder of the CAWEE NGO in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, who is helping to develop a network of women entrepreneurs, giving them access to training and export markets.
