2020 Activity Report

While world’s health is at stake, the COVID-19 crisis and resulting shutdowns fuel hunger, exacerbating inequalities and weakening those most in need.

“Famine threatens humanity even more than the Coronavirus.”

No matter the country, the food and humanitarian emergency is unprecedented: 54 million people in the U.S. and at least 8 million British and French are having to rely on food banks.

Stop Hunger answered the call to take action, backed by a network closely anchored to local populations and thanks to the incredible solidarity of its 26,000 volunteers, adding their strengths to those of its frontline partners, NGOs and food banks.

Portraits and testimonials of these “real-life heroes” who made a difference. And close-up on the socio-economic empowerment of women, which continues to be our priority to achieve a hunger-free world.
