Stop Hunger Donors’ Evening of March 13, 2018: against hunger, the paths of change passes through the voices of women.

  • International

In the presence of 600 people, Stop Hunger recognized five women during the presentation of the "Women's Awards," with contributions to finance and boost their associations and their actions. A close-up on these exemplary initiatives led by exemplary women.

Rich in emotion, the 2018 edition brought together 600 donors and partners, volunteers and representatives of local and international associations, who joined their voices for a world without hunger and confirmed their generosity to support those most in need. In addition to the "Women Awards," the evening was also the occasion to present "Youth Awards" to three students and "Volunteers Awards" to five employees of Sodexo - our founding partner - while providing support for the associations of their choice.

And if women liberate the world from hunger?
Do you know that 60% of the progress made in the last 25 years in the fight against hunger comes from the improvement of the economic and social situation of women? That's why empowering women is one of our priorities!

A look back in images at the five remarkable women who joined us for the evening to explain how they see the future of their initiatives.
