Coaching in the kitchen!

As part of a WFP assistance program for the government of India, Sodexo experts are training more than 6,900 staff, including 50 % of assistant cooks, on good practices in foodservices and on the entire process of preparing food to ensure the safety of the meal.

In the disadvantaged region of Dhenkanal, in the country’s northeast, this program contributes not only to preparing healthy meals for 130,000 children in more than 1,600 schools, but also to developing women’s skills. Also, a means of finding employment.
