Through experiences like conversations with senior role models, job shadowing, and “day-in-the-life” insights, SheWorks helps women envision and pursue fulfilling careers. The program is adaptable and offered in 33 countries, with formats ranging from in-person job shadowing to virtual events, or even longer internships and training programs. It also provides valuable recognition for frontliners involved in the initiative.
