At our Stop Hunger Evening in Paris on May 27, we had the honour of celebrating four inspiring Volunteer Laureates whose commitment brings our mission to life every day. Congratulations to Molly Crouch, Mona jonsson, Ezgi Tanrıverdi and Alain Peschard. Through food redistribution, volunteer mobilization, community initiatives, fundraising and mentoring, each of them shows what it means to turn solidarity into real impact. 30 years later, the mission continues through changemakers like them. Thank you for your dedication, generosity, and for inspiring others to take action in the fight against hunger. Together, we move closer to a world without hunger.

Molly Crouch - Corporate Sustainability Director, Sodexo Live! USA

Molly Crouch

Molly transformed food donation at Sodexo Live! into a structured program across the United States and Canada. She created a donation tracking system now used by more than half of the network’s sites and helped expand the Big Soup Program from 2 sites in 2020 to more than 10 in 2025. Today, Sodexo Live! contributes 33% of all meals distributed through Stop Hunger — a powerful example of action turned into lasting impact.

Mona Jonsson - Business Support for the healthcare, social care and education sectors, Sodexo Sweden

For over a decade, Mona has brought Stop Hunger’s values to life through action, generosity and an incredible ability to mobilize others. She coordinates surplus food redistribution from 15 Sodexo sites to local foodbanks, helping save and share more than 25,800 meals and 11 tonnes of food since 2020. She also leads creative Servathon initiatives and has dedicated more than 10 Christmas Eves to organizing a solidarity lunch for people facing loneliness or hardship.

Ezgi Tanriverdi - Public Affairs Manager, Pluxee Türkiye

Ezgi Tanriverdi

Ezgi has turned social engagement into a powerful driver of impact at Pluxee Türkiye. In just three years, she has mobilized 166 volunteers, representing 60% of Pluxee Türkiye’s workforce, generated $226,000 in donations, and supported more than 1,500 beneficiaries. From emergency relief to Servathon and STEM mentoring for women, Ezgi creates initiatives that bring people together and make solidarity part of everyday action.

Alain Peschard - Procurement Quality Manager, Sodexo France

Alain Peschard

For more than 10 years, Alain has been a driving force for solidarity, turning local engagement into lasting impact. As Vice-President of the French NGO, Les Marcassins du Coeur, he has organized a charity race for Les Restos du Coeur for the past 8 years. The latest edition brought together more than 200 runners and walkers, raised €2,800, and collected 183 kg of food for those in need.
