“It all began in November of 2008 when Rollins College Greek Life fraternities and sororities hosted their 1st annual “Canstuction” event concurrent with Sodexo dining services’ annual STOP Hunger Food Drive.

While observing the student-led event, I had an ah-ha moment – why not combine the two events? After all, the proceeds were all slated for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
